❄️ Cold Shipping & Medication

Q: My ice packs were melted when the package arrived. Is the medication still safe?
Yes! It’s completely normal for ice packs to melt during transit. All medications are shipped with insulated packaging and frozen ice packs using 2-day shipping to maintain stability. Based on pharmacy testing, your medication remains effective and safe for use—even if it no longer feels cold to the touch when it arrives. Just refrigerate it upon delivery. Q: How long can my medication be outside the fridge?
Most of our medications, are stable at room temperature for several days during shipping. Pharmacy partners conduct stability testing to ensure safety during transit, even with minor delays or temperature fluctuations. Once received, place your order in the refrigerator.

Q: Can I request overnight shipping instead of 2-day?
At this time, we only offer 2-day shipping for temperature-sensitive products. Overnight shipping does not guarantee faster delivery by your local driver and often results in the same handling conditions. Our 2-day shipping method with insulated packaging is the most reliable and recommended option by our pharmacy partners.

Q: What if my package was delayed during shipping?
Delays can happen due to carrier issues, but your product is still protected. Our packaging is designed to account for transit time, and the pharmacy verifies that your medication remains viable unless exposed to extreme conditions for extended periods. If your package was severely delayed (7+ days), please contact us.

Q: My vial feels cool but not cold—is that normal?
Yes. The product is designed to remain stable even if it’s not ice-cold upon arrival. Cold packs may be melted, and the vial may feel slightly cool or room temperature. This is expected and does not indicate that the product has been compromised.

Q: Are these injections safe?

After your provider approves your treatment plan, your order ships within 1–2 business days via UPS 2-Day shipping. Most customers receive it within 3–4 business days from approval.

Q: Where do orders ship from?
All medications are shipped directly from our U.S.-based partner pharmacies.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Due to cold shipping requirements, we can only deliver to physical addresses.

Q: When will I be charged?
You’ll only be charged after your treatment is reviewed and approved by a provider. If you’re not approved, you won’t be billed.

Q: Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
You can choose either! Most of our treatments are offered with monthly or quarterly subscription options, but you can also order one time.

Q: How do I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?

Q: Do you offer refunds?
